Why is it Happening?

Determine how effective the staff is in accomplishing their roles through comprehensive performance review system

• Is every staff member in the right seat on the bus or do changes need to be made?

Review all communication systems that are in place

• Does the communication strategy support the oversall vision of our church?

Talk with people both inside and outside of church using individual meetings and focus groups

• Do our people really understand what their role is in accomplishing our mission?
• What does the community think about our church?

Understand cultural paradigm shifts that will impact the church in the 21st century

• How do we become missional and incarnational as a church rather than program and institutional driven?

Clearly define all major obstacles and opportunities

• Is our church effective in reaching people based on the potential of our community?
