The Board of Directors of Global Ministries Fellowship is comprised of individuals committed to the purposes of the organization, who have demonstrated through their vocations and personal life a commitment to ministry, while excelling in their respective industries.

Rev. Richard L. Hamlet is the founder and Chairman/President of Global Ministries Fellowship. Not only does he oversee the day to day affairs of the organization, but he also takes responsibility for surrounding himself with professional men and women of integrity who demonstrate the highest level of excellence in their labors.

Rev. Hamlet also utilizes proven outside ministry consultants to facilitate the overall ministry plan of GMF. From the accumulation of funds entrusted to the foundation, to the investigation of prospective mission/ministry candidates, to the selection and funding of specific ministries, Rev. Hamlet is actively involved.

He is also involved in the process of reviewing and monitoring existing ministry initiatives, organizations and projects to ensure the highest level of Biblical stewardship of funds entrusted to GMF.

He is an Evangelist by calling with the whole Globe as his field of ministry.

• Previously served in pastorate and ministry staff positions in churches located in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Georgia
• Certified Public Accountant, State of Tennessee (inactive)
• Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA)
• Formerly certified by Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), active presently, currently a member of the CFA Institute, a prestigious investment professional association.
• Experience as investment professional for fifteen years prior to ordination to Gospel ministry in 1997
• Member evangelist of the Conference of Southern Baptist Evangelists (COSBE),
• Presently serves as the President of the Fellowship of Baptist World Ministries under GMF membership
• Presently serves as the President of the Fellowship of Tennessee Baptist Evangelists
