The over-arching mission of the Global Ministries Foundation is simple: "To multiply missions, monies, and mentoring to every crevice of the globe for the glory of God and the temporal and eternal welfare of men."

In more specific terms, GMF foundation focuses on investment opportunities connected to the entire organization. Its objective is to use financially sound and fiscally attractive investment opportunities to multiply separated and undesignated funds in such a way that it allows our ministry partners to invest more of their resources into field ministries and less of their resources into support costs.

The Foundation is structured to receive gifts from donors who desire to see their monetary gifts multiplied for the primary purpose of advancing the gospel around the globe for the glory of God and the eternal welfare of those in need. Strategies utilized to accomplish this purpose include:

• Affordable housing projects – One of GMFfoundations strategies is to invest in real estate opportunities that provide affordable housing for low to moderate income residents around the United States. Each housing community is to be a domain where both social and spiritual services can be extended to our residents.  This is possible because GMFfoundation will actually own and operate these residential housing communities. A return on the GMFfoundation investment will be achieved by the realization of program cash flows and the appreciation of each property’s market value.  Sample GMF Housing property.
• Investment management plan – GMFfoundation utilizes professional money managers to invest a portion of its excess undesignated funds in a diversified portfolio with expected returns greater than that of Standard and Poor’s benchmark index. This investment strategy is to multiply the monies available for our ministry partners, allowing them to receive ministry support at reduced rates.
• Charitable gift annuity program - GMFfoundation will also utilize charitable gift annuities to multiply missions, monies, and mentoring around the globe. The intent is to return attractive annuity rates to persons who desire to assist GMF and it’s ministry endeavors through this program.

Prospective missionaries and mission organizations face many obstacles in keeping effectively involved in reaching unreached people groups. Accumulating, investing, administrating, and disseminating contributions to these groups through the GMFfoundation, provides a real time solution for some of the common hindrances that these mission initiatives face.
